Support for anxiety, without the wait or cost.
You know the feeling.
Racing thoughts at 2am. A tight chest before a phone call. Constant thoughts that begin with "what if." Anxiety can make even ordinary days feel exhausting.
That’s why we built SisterTalk: online bulk-billed therapy for women who have anxiety.
How we help with anxiety
G’day, we are Cat and Sal, psychologists and sisters passionate about women’s mental health. We run bulk-billed, online group programs designed specifically for women managing anxiety and depression. Our eight-week program uses evidence-based strategies to help you:
Understand what's driving your anxious thoughts and physical symptoms
Build practical, everyday tools to manage worry and avoidance
Reconnect with the activities and people anxiety has pulled you away from
Learn alongside a small group of women who face similar difficulties and understand what it's like living out in the country
This approach is different from traditional one-to-one therapy: you're supported by a psychologist and a group of peers, every step of the way.
